Paycom Software, Inc. (“Paycom”) (NYSE: PAYC), earned fifth out of 250 applicants in the 2018 Leadership Excellence and Development Awards (LEAD) presented by HR.com. Paycom’s top 10 placement puts its leadership program in the Winners’ Circle for Innovation in Deployment of Leadership Programs, recognizing innovation and creativity within an organization for the design and execution of an internal leadership program.
These prestigious leadership awards salute the world’s top leadership practitioners and programs and highlight their roles in developing their workforce, and were presented at the February 8 LEAD Awards Gala of the LEAD2018 Leadership Conference at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Paycom was recognized for its leadership program, also known as LEAD. Its award-winning content teaches employees 360-degree leadership by LEADing yourself, client and team through the values of learning, service and leadership. The program structure includes quarterly in-person training sessions and e-learning courses through the Paycom learning management system as well as monthly in-person trainings, in which business acumen and related topics are presented and discussed.

For the past 35 years, the LEAD Awards, formerly known as Leadership Excellence Awards, have identified and recognized the top leadership programs and organizations, and their strategies and solutions, in their yearly ranking. This year’s award winners will be published in the February edition of the Leadership Excellence Essentials e-publication. Future issues of the Leadership Excellence publication will also feature interviews from select top award winners in each category. These interviews will outline each program’s unique qualities that made them a LEAD Awards winner.
