Supported Browsers and Operating Systems

For the best experience using Paycom, please refer to the following list of browser and OS versions. These are considered “preferred” by Paycom and have been tested with the Paycom software. Use of Paycom is not limited to the browsers and OS versions on this list.
Recommended Browser Versions
- Chrome: 110
- Firefox: 111
- Edge: 108
- Safari: 16
Note: Versions 9, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Safari are not supported by Apple, but Paycom may function successfully when used. Versions 11 and 8 or earlier are not supported by Apple or Paycom.
Recommended Operating System Versions
- iOS 12 or later
Note: Versions 13 and 14 are not supported by Apple, but Paycom has tested our software with these versions. Versions 11 or earlier are not supported by Apple or Paycom.
- Android version 11 or later
Note: Version 10 is not supported by Google, but Paycom has tested our software with this version. Versions 9 or earlier are not supported by Google or Paycom.
