OKLAHOMA CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Paycom Software, Inc. (“Paycom”) (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, announced that Kathy Oden-Hall has been named to Paycom’s executive officer team. Her new title is executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

Oden-Hall has served as Paycom’s chief marketing officer since 2012. Before joining Paycom, she owned and operated her own public relations firm, of which Paycom was a client. Among her more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience, she has worked in leadership roles for both Dell Inc. and General Motors Company. In addition to those positions, Oden-Hall previously served as the president of Infant Crisis Services’ board of directors and currently is a board member of the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum. A member of Leadership Oklahoma’s class of XXI, she received her bachelor’s degree in journalism/advertising from the University of Oklahoma.
