SAN FRANCISCO – Paycom, a provider of human capital management technology, continues to expand across the U.S. with the opening of its newest office in San Francisco, Calif. The Oklahoma City-based company offers cutting-edge HR and payroll technology with customers of all sizes in every industry.
Kristy Ross was selected to lead the newly opened San Francisco office, located in the heart of the Financial District at One Sansome St., Suite 3150, San Francisco, Calif. Ross spent the last five years delivering Paycom’s cutting-edge solution to C-Level executives nationwide and was chosen based on her broad understanding of payroll, HR and her ability to provide strong leadership to her staff and customers.
“We are excited to be entering the Bay Area market,” Ross said. “Paycom’s web-based solution is the only true single application, single database on the market. We are focused and pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience in the industry. Our technology and service model are superior, enabling our clients to gain efficiencies, increase profitability and enhance employee satisfaction.”
The San Francisco site becomes Paycom’s 22nd sales office added to Paycom’s national landscape. In 2013 alone, Paycom added its branch in Minneapolis, Minn., and has plans for additional expansion. In 2012, Paycom launched sales offices across the northeast that included locations in New York and Boston.
In addition to teaching businesses about Paycom’s intuitive HR and payroll technology, Ross is also in pursuit of adding qualified, highly-motivated and client-focused individuals to her team.
With her experience, Ross is hiring a sales staff in the San Francisco area to add to Paycom’s award-winning sales force, which was honored with a Stevie® Award for Sales Department of the Year – Financial Services category – in 2010 and for Best Sales Training Manager of the Year in 2011.
“For those looking for a career with endless opportunities and unlimited earning potential, Paycom is the place to be,” Paycom’s Director of Recruiting Tiffany McGowen said. “Paycom offers the highest earning potential in the industry, starting with a $50,000 base salary, plus commission and benefits, along with unparalleled executive sales training.”
Paycom provides payroll and human capital management technology to customers in all 50 states. Paycom Founder and CEO Chad Richison attributes much of the company’s success to a combination of a superior product, well trained sales team and the company’s prevailing focus on customer service.
“Our new office in San Francisco will enhance our ability to share our business model with more companies on the west coast,” said Richison. “Our experience has proven that even if a company is currently using another payroll and HR technology provider, when they take the time to meet with our knowledgeable sales team and learn about what makes Paycom different, they switch.”
