Paycom Schedules Career Fair For Positions Available At Its Oklahoma City Corporate Headquarters

Paycom will be hosting a Career Fair on Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.at its corporate headquarters located at 7501 Memorial Road in Oklahoma City to find qualified candidates for positions in business development, client support and general administrative positions.

Interested candidates are encouraged to bring their resumes and be ready for on-site interviews with members of Paycom’s management team. “This is an opportunity to move past our traditional hiring procedures,” said Tiffany McGowen, recruitment director. “Interested candidates who meet our minimum job requirements will have the opportunity to be invited back at a later date for a more in-depth interview.”

Paycom is looking for smart, talented individuals who have a good job stay average and can pass a drug, background and comprehensive credit screening. Both degreed and non-degreed positions are available. Previous customer service experience and great Excel knowledge is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked or are currently working for a financial institution, call center or in another customer focused career.
