When recurring payrolls are scheduled, Beti’s automated payroll self-starts each period, seamlessly pulling live data on employees’ hours worked, approved expenses and compensation changes. With Beti taking care of administrative details, HR reclaims that time for initiatives that add value.

Beti alerts employees of tasks requiring action, including missing items and overall paycheck approval. By ensuring their paycheck will be correct, they’re empowered to consistently own and manage their HR data.
