According to a 2020 study from Deloitte, a combined 61% of business and HR executives said they will focus their thinking around reimagining work in the next one to three years.

Another recent survey conducted by OnePoll found that 67% of employees don’t believe their company prioritizes digital transformation. If we think about this challenge in the context of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the two most essential needs are physiological ones. This includes payroll, basic benefits, physical workplace needs, and safety and security needs like workplace compliance assurance.
