Pay employees daily or by request to give them greater financial flexibility without exposing your company to potential losses

Help employees get paid before payday

Everyday helps employees access earned wages daily or by request* by direct deposit or on a Vault Visa® Payroll Card. It gives them more flexibility while automating calculations for you and helping your organization reduce the risk of overpayment.

Faster access to earned wages

With Everyday, employees can access their daily earned wages as they are available instead of waiting for their usual payday.* That gives them more flexibility to manage rent, groceries or unexpected expenses without turning to loans or costly interest charges.

By request to match their needs

If employees don’t want an automatic payout, Everyday offers an option for them to skip a day — or several! They can even request partial balances, too. If they haven’t obtained all of their earned wages by your scheduled pay date, their normal payroll will automatically pay out what they’re owed.

Transparency for all

Through Beti®, our automated payroll experience, employees can see current and future payments for added reassurance. Employers also get reports to view and reconcile daily payments against scheduled payroll, so payroll teams can stay informed without extra manual tracking.

Automation for compliance peace of mind

Everyday automatically calculates and withholds taxes, benefits and deductions first, then makes the remaining funds available to the employee. That helps protect against overpayment while supporting payroll accuracy and compliance confidence.

Daily payroll that fits into the payroll process

Everyday is not a separate app; it’s within Paycom’s single database. It automates the pay steps that matter before wages are released. Once an employee’s time is approved, the software calculates taxes, benefits and deductions before sending eligible earned wages by direct deposit or to a Vault Visa Payroll Card. Employees get more financial flexibility, and payroll teams retain visibility through reports built into Paycom.

Learn more about Everyday daily payroll

Within Paycom’s Employee Self-Service®, Everyday allows employees to receive their earned wages on a daily basis* rather than waiting for their usual payday.

For daily payroll, hourly employees’ timecards must be approved daily by the employee and their manager/supervisor.

  • After clocking out each day, the hourly employee with a Vault card generally will receive that day’s available funds the next workday. For example, wages earned on Monday will be credited on Tuesday.*

For cashouts by request, those requests must be made by 11 a.m. Central to be included in that day’s transaction. Anything after that rolls to the following business day. In addition, hourly employees’ timecards must be approved by the employee and their manager/supervisor.

  • For employees with direct deposit, receipt of funds will vary depending on their bank’s timelines.

Once they’ve opted in, they’ll be eligible for their first payment at the start of the next pay period.* For companies switching to Paycom, the employee will be eligible at the start of the third pay period under our software.

Employees can enroll in Everyday if they’re enrolled in the Vault card or have a bank account on file in Paycom for direct deposit.

No. The ability to get paid early through Everyday is offered at no fee to employees.††

No. Everyday payments aren’t loans or advances on future wages. The app allows them to access their earned income early rather than receiving all their wages on payday.

Daily payrolls process through the weekend, although when an employee receives the funds is dependent upon their payment method.

No. Because Everyday only provides access to earned wages, credit scores do not affect eligibility.

Yes. Everyday has the ability to send funds to their bank account via direct deposit or to their Vault card, whichever option the employee has chosen.

Everyday automatically withholds the proper amounts for taxes and deductions, plus 10% to account for irregular deductions, like meals whose totals vary. (Although the 10% is set as the default, it is configurable by the employer.) Earned wages first go toward paying these withholdings, protecting against overpayment. From there, the remaining funds are made available to the employee.

*Please see Terms of Use. Once an Everyday payout has been submitted, the Everyday payout generally occurs within 24 hours; however, timing of receipt of funds depends on user configurations. Some limitations may apply based on employer’s pay cycle, employee’s pay amount, timing of approvals or certain employer or user configurations. Employees are eligible to start receiving available pay after they have earned enough money to cover their required deductions, taxes and benefits each pay period.

The Vault Visa® Payroll Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
