OKLAHOMA CITY (May 30, 2025) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $33,000 to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) through its employee giving program and company donation match. This contribution will help the nonprofit provide advocacy, education, support and public awareness about mental health.
“Paycom is committed to supporting mental health by connecting employees with essential resources and promoting a stigma-free environment,” said Tanner Bergman, senior manager of well-being at Paycom. “The resources we offer through our well-being program remove barriers and create access for people, and this donation allows us to do the same for the community.”
Founded in 1979, the National Alliance on Mental Illness is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization. Their programming is dedicated to bettering lives and building communities for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness every day. This is Paycom’s fifth year donating to the nonprofit through its employee giving program.
