OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 25, 2026) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, and its employees donated $50,000 to the Freedom Center of Oklahoma City to support the preservation of Oklahoma’s civil rights history and educational programming.

The Freedom Center building, operated and maintained by the Freedom Center of Oklahoma City, once served as a hub for activism and as an organizing center for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) during the civil rights movement. Today, the Freedom Center acts as a vital community institution, preserving Oklahoma’s civil rights history while educating and empowering students, families and visitors.
Paycom has supported the Freedom Center since 2022, serving as a restoration donor during a critical period of growth for the organization.
“Our mission is to educate, empower and enlighten both local and national visitors about the past, present and future of the Civil Rights Movement in Oklahoma,” said Christina L. Beatty, executive director of the Freedom Center of Oklahoma City. “Paycom’s donation will help us launch public programs this spring and support the last piece of the building’s restoration, a permanent reinstallation of the Black History Wall highlighting key moments in Black history from the 1600s through the 1900s.”
Paycom’s employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for individuals living with disabilities and food support for individuals and children needing assistance. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits each year so employees can donate to an organization that aligns with their values. Additionally, the company matches every dollar donated through the employee giving program.
