Paycom Named Oklahoma’s Top Workplace of 2020

OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 7, 2020) – Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, has been awarded the No. 1 spot on the list of Top Workplace awards for 2020.

In addition, Chad Richison, Paycom’s founder and CEO, won the Large Business Leadership Award, his second leadership award of the year, having been named one of Glassdoor’s 25 Highest Rated CEOs During the COVID-19 Crisis in September.

This is the eighth consecutive year Paycom has made The Oklahoman’s Top Workplaces list.

The annual Top Workplaces rankings are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection.
