Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of a comprehensive, cloud-based solution for human capital management, announced the promotion of Stacey Pezold from executive vice president of operations to chief operating officer, effective March 10, 2015.

Pezold joined Paycom in 2005 and has served in many positions with Paycom during her tenure. In 2014, she received HR.com’s Leadership 500 award, recognizing Paycom’s leadership, customer service, training and overall culture. Pezold is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

As chief operating officer, Pezold will oversee Paycom’s ongoing business operations and will manage program directors, while providing inspiring leadership to foster the company’s growth.
