Corporate Giving

Throughout the communities we serve, Paycom is committed to supporting nonprofits and programs that ensure basic needs are met and encourage a brighter future for children. Giving is supported at both the corporate and individual level.

This is an application for Paycom’s small grant program. Organizations may submit a request for sponsorship of fundraising events for programming or direct programming funds through the online contribution form on this page. Awards are generally $5,000 and below. Requests submitted by mail, phone, fax or email are not accepted. Organizations providing direct services will be prioritized. Requests are reviewed after the quarter deadlines and organizations will be notified after the deadline of the status of their request.

Causes/organizations that Paycom supports:

501(c)(3) organizations or events benefiting nonprofits
science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) programs
children and youth programs
community improvement programs
direct programming

Causes that fall outside the scope of Paycom's community initiatives:

sporting clay/gun range events
non-501(c)(3) organizations
athletic/team events
trade show requests
government or political organizations
school clubs, bands or projects
individuals
capital campaigns
faith-based organizations when donation only benefits the organization and its members
building improvements
staff training
staff appreciation events

Q1 - Dec. 1 to Feb. 28

Q1 application deadline: 11:59 p.m. Feb. 28.
Q1 applicants are notified of funding status by March 31.

Q2 - March 1 to May 31

Q2 application deadline: 11:59 p.m. May 31.
Q2 applicants are notified of funding status by June 30.

Q3 - June 1 to Aug. 31

Q3 application deadline: 11:59 p.m. Aug. 31.
Q3 applicants are notified of funding status by Sept. 30.

Q4 - Sept. 1 to Nov. 30

Q4 application deadline: 11:59 p.m. Nov. 30.
Q4 applicants are notified of funding status by Dec. 31.
