Corporate Sponsorship

For qualifying organizations, Paycom may provide sponsorships via monetary contributions or promotional items.

Organizations can apply to be considered through the online contribution form on this page. Please note:

Causes/organizations that Paycom supports:

Requests submitted by mail, phone, fax or email are not accepted.
If your organization is a 501(c)(3), please apply through our Corporate Giving program.

Quarterly application schedule

We evaluate requests once each quarter, following the schedule below. Paycom is unable to meet requests outside of this schedule.

Q1 – Jan. 1 to March 31

application deadline: 11:59 p.m. March 31
funding status notification: by April 30

Q2 – April 1 to June 30

application deadline: 11:59 p.m. June 30
funding status notification: by July 31

Q3 – July 1 to Sept. 30

application deadline: 11:59 p.m. Sept. 30
funding status notification: by Oct. 31

Q4 – Oct. 1 to Dec. 31

application deadline: 11:59 p.m. Dec. 31
funding status notification: by Jan. 31
