Fast Track Your Career with the Paycom Summer Engagement Programs

Paycom’s Summer Engagement Programs are developmental programs designed to train students on industry-specific skills and professional development while providing insight on working in the human capital management industry. These programs are virtual and last two weeks with a time commitment of approximately two hours per weekday.

Paycom has a Summer Engagement Program for two key areas: technology and sales. The programs are July 12-23. Each program will have trainings, webinars, networking events and more that will help you develop professionally as well as in your specific field. These programs may also help you land your dream job or dream internship.

  1. What do you feel was the most beneficial part of Paycom’s Summer Engagement Program, and why?

“There were so many beneficial parts of the Summer Engagement Program that it is difficult to choose just one.
