For the best experience using Paycom, please refer to the following list of browser and OS versions. These are considered “preferred” by Paycom and have been tested with the Paycom software. Use of Paycom is not limited to the browsers and OS versions on this list.

Recommended Browser Versions

Chrome: 123

Firefox: 124

Edge: 123

Safari: 17

Note: Versions 9, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Safari are not supported by Apple, but Paycom may function successfully when used. Versions 11 and 8 or earlier are not supported by Apple or Paycom.

Recommended Operating System Versions

iOS: 17

Note: Version 15 is not supported by Apple, but Paycom has tested our software with this version. Versions 15 or earlier are not supported by Apple or Paycom.

Android Chrome: 154

Android Firefox: 157

Note: Version 10 is not supported by Google, but Paycom has tested our software with this version. Versions 10 or earlier are not supported by Google or Paycom.
