Paycom Celebrates the Value of Parenthood

Bonny Calfy | April 20, 2026

Paycom supports our employees as professionals, but we also give them the tools and resources necessary to be active, thriving members of their own growing families. At Paycom, we don’t simply say our people are our most valuable resource. We demonstrate this belief with a culture that helps them not only meet challenges at work, but meet the many responsibilities of adding new members to their household.

What can our employees expect when they’re adding new seats around the kitchen table? Let’s take a look!

Extra time for family

All families need time to acclimate as they grow. In addition to paid family leave, we offer the following:

  • Parental leave: To support new parents and assist in the tricky balancing act that is work and family, Paycom provides paid parental leave for bonding or caring for a newborn child.
  • Adoption/foster leave: Paycom provides paid leave for employees adopting or becoming foster parents.
  • Paid family time off: Employees have the opportunity to accrue paid time off, which may be used to rejuvenate, spend meaningful moments with loved ones or participate in their children’s school activities.

Benefits with growing families in mind

Time off isn’t the only benefit growing families need. Paycom also offers a unique bundle of services specifically for growing families. Employees who are expecting parents can take advantage of:

  • Maven: As one of the leading family benefits programs, Maven guides employees through pregnancy, adoption, surrogacy, postpartum, early pediatrics and their eventual return to work. Maven’s 24/7 access includes video chat and messaging with top-rated providers in over 20 different specialties. After returning to work, breastfeeding employees who travel can use Maven to conveniently ship breast milk home while on the road.
  • Care.com: We want working parents to have access to trustworthy child care options. A free premium membership to Care.com is available for all full-time Paycom employees and includes:
    • five hours of on-demand tutoring per month that can be used for yourself, dependents or anyone in your household
    • access to a care specialist for aging loved ones
    • access to a caregiver or sitter for children or pets

Support throughout the workday

Paycom’s support for new parents doesn’t end when they return to the office. New parents can take advantage of on-site amenities meant just for them, including:

  • Lactation and nursing rooms: New and expectant mothers have access to 45 spaces across our campuses dedicated to pumping breast milk. The rooms also include a small refrigerator designated for milk storage.
  • Privacy booths: Our campuses have soundproof booths, giving employees a safe place to take personal calls.

Opportunities to connect with other caregivers

Parents can connect and support one another through Paycom’s Caregivers employee resource group, which includes working parents, grandparents, caregivers and allies.

We’re proud to offer family-friendly events on campus, giving Paycom families opportunities to come together and build lasting connections. These gatherings are designed to foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for employees and their loved ones.

An award-winning workplace

We’re not the only ones who appreciate this level of support for our working families. Comparably, a platform that analyzes data related to workforce culture insights and compensation, recently placed Paycom at the top of its rankings in a number of categories, including:

  • Best Company for Diversity
  • Best Company for Women
  • Best Company Compensation
  • Best Company Culture
  • Best Company Work-Life Balance

At Paycom, we believe that when we champion families, we empower our employees and help them achieve their full potential. We’re excited to support individuals with a family in their future and families with growth on the horizon.
