Paycom’s Sales Force Raises $60,000 for United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona

Members of the sales team from Paycom Software, Inc. (“Paycom”) (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $60,000 to support United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona (UCP) through the annual giving program, President’s Club Gives.

“This year we chose to support UCP of Central Arizona, a nonprofit dedicated to serving children and adults with special needs,” said Paycom’s chief sales officer, Jeff York. “UCP’s highly trained staff provides daycare, therapy, in-home care, summer and after-school programs, and even elder activities. Paycom’s nationwide sales team is proud to contribute to an organization that helps people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities live life without limits.”

This year’s total donation amount exceeded 2016’s amount of $47,920, which was given to Orange County Ronald McDonald House, a Southern California nonprofit.

Founded in 2011, the President’s Club Gives program is how Paycom’s top sales representatives support the communities that host the annual President’s Club event. Paycom sales representatives earn a spot at President’s Club based on their professional accomplishments from the previous year. President’s Club is an opportunity for Paycom to honor the elite for their successes, and the President’s Club Gives program is a way to share the rewards of that success with those who need it most.

The $60,000 gift will be used toward enhancements to the organization’s facility that will help its clientele with easier access. Since 1952, the UPC of Central Arizona has served children with a wide range of disabilities, including cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, developmental delay and many other diagnoses that affect development.

Oklahoma City-based Paycom is known for its philanthropic efforts. Last year, Paycom presented The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma with a record-breaking gift of $70,000. In addition, Paycom employees donated 2,115 pounds of necessities like food, diapers and formula to Infant Crisis Services and 36,000 canned goods to The Salvation Army Food Pantry during September’s National Payroll Week. In July, Paycom donated $10,000 to The Salvation Army’s Buck$ 4 Bikes campaign.
