The American Payroll Association recently added Paycom to their 2011 list of Approved Providers for Payroll Education. Twelve Paycom courses are now available to their clients free of charge and will assist in the continuing education requirements for maintaining FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) and CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designations. These designations provide payroll professionals the ability to demonstrate their payroll knowledge and are the industry standard used by employers recruiting payroll personnel.
The courses offered by Paycom through the APA are Advanced Reports, Background Checks, Benefits, Cobra, Payroll Reconciliation, General Shortcuts and Helpful Hints, Government and Compliance, Paycom Overview, Tax Credits, Paid Time Off Requests, Time and Attendance Level 1 and Level 2.
