OKLAHOMA CITY (May 27, 2026) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $33,000 to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) through its employee giving program and company donation match. This marks the seventh year in a row that Paycom has made a donation to NAMI to support mental health.
This contribution will help the nonprofit provide mental health support, education and advocacy, including operating the NAMI HelpLine, a free, nationwide peer-support service for individuals, families and caregivers affected by mental illness.
“Mental health support should feel accessible and woven into everyday life,” said Tanner Bergman, senior manager of well-being at Paycom. “That’s why supporting NAMI matters so much to us. NAMI is doing meaningful work every day to help people feel seen, supported and connected.”
As the country’s largest grassroots mental health nonprofit, NAMI provides support, education and advocacy informed by both current research and lived experience.
“NAMI is so grateful for Paycom’s generous support over the years,” said Kate Kennedy-Lynch, national director of external relations at NAMI. “We appreciate that once again, Paycom employees have chosen to play an active role in supporting the mental health movement.”
In 2025, demand for the NAMI HelpLine surged to record highs — increasing 23% over the prior year and surpassing the peak during the COVID-19 pandemic. More than 93,000 people connected directly with the HelpLine, and more than 895,300 visited the online HelpLine Knowledge Center.
In addition to philanthropic giving, Paycom provides resources that support its employees’ mental health, including on-campus well-being advisers, mental health and wellness resources and a $0 copay for in-network therapy and counseling for all its employees.
Paycom’s employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for individuals with disabilities and food support for individuals and children in need. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits each year so employees can donate to an organization that aligns with their values. Every employee donation is matched by Paycom, amplifying the impact across local and national nonprofits.
