OKLAHOMA CITY (April 30, 2026) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, and its employees donated $25,000 to the Arbor Day Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring people to plant, nurture and celebrate trees. Paycom’s contribution will help plant 25,000 trees in forests and communities across the country.

With more than 50 years of experience, the Arbor Day Foundation helps to connect the world’s largest network of tree planters, working closely with more than 5,400 local planting partners across over 60 countries. Their science-based approach to tree planting works to identify the forests and communities that would benefit most from trees, ensuring every planting project delivers meaningful impact for communities and the environment.

This work becomes especially vital in the wake of natural disasters, when communities are focused on restoring what’s been lost, with the help of the Arbor Day Foundation. For example, Oklahoma communities impacted by Moore’s 2013 tornado have benefited from the Foundation’s disaster recovery efforts. In 2024 alone, the Foundation completed 130 disaster recovery projects across 25 U.S. states and 16 countries, planting more than 10.8 million trees in areas that needed them the most.
Paycom’s employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for individuals with disabilities and food support for individuals and children in need.
