Paycom employees donate $30,000 to Boys & Girls Clubs

OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 22, 2023) — Paycom Software Inc. (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, raised $30,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County and Greater Tarrant County in Fort Worth, Texas, through its employee giving program. The donation will allow the Clubs to continue providing transformative opportunities for youth in local communities.

“Our employees are passionate about each nonprofit they help, and the Boys & Girls Clubs hold a special place for many of them,” said Charles Franks, Paycom manager of talent acquisition. “Whether it was through personal experience or kids of their own, our team members have witnessed the impact these programs have on the next generation.”

Earlier in the summer, Paycom team members and interns from Oklahoma City and Grapevine also stuffed backpacks for both communities’ Clubs. The Clubs offer summer and after-school programs in areas focused on academic enrichment, socioeconomic wellness, sports, college and career prep. With Paycom’s donation, some Clubs are able to offer the benefits for as little as $10 for an entire year and, in most locations, no cost at all.

“Access to quality after-school programs can be difficult for families due to cost and transportation, but our organization is committed to overcoming that barrier by providing all of the youth we serve with opportunities to have great futures,” said Teena Belcik, president and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County. “We’re beyond grateful for the support from Paycom employees and hope to continue making an impact in the community together.”

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County provides resources to over 31,000 youth through 25 locations. In Oklahoma County, the programs serve more than 15,000 youth through 18 locations annually.

“The support from partners like Paycom ensures that Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County can continue to meet the rising needs of youth in our community and our future workforce,” said Daphne Barlow Stigliano, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County CEO and president. “This generous gift empowers BGCGTC to expand our reach, guiding thousands of youth toward great futures.”

The employee giving program has allowed Paycom to donate to Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County since 2020 and the Greater Tarrant County Clubs since 2021.
