The nonprofit works to address key ocean threats like marine habitat loss and vulnerable species protection while promoting global ocean conservation.

PADI AWARE Foundation drives local action for global ocean conservation through educational programs, establishing policies that protect vulnerable marine life and contributing to groundbreaking science on marine debris. By the end of 2023, PADI AWARE removed over 2.3 million pieces of marine debris across 121 countries, advanced ground-breaking marine research and aided over 35,000 entangled marine animals.
