GRAPEVINE, TX (Nov. 23, 2021) – Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $10,000 to GRACE to help provide food, clothing and other vital necessities to Texans struggling with a limited income or recent emergency.
“Paycom is proud to support GRACE in its work to provide essential services to those in need,” said AJ Griffin, director of government and community affairs at Paycom. “As we approach Thanksgiving, programs like the GRACE food pantry give much-needed support to individuals and families in crisis.”
GRACE is a centralized effort of churches, businesses and individuals donating essential resources to those in need in Grapevine and the surrounding area. GRACE’s programming has grown to include low-cost medical services; transitional housing; and general emergency assistance, such as food, clothes, furniture, financial assistance, information and referrals.
“These past two years have been especially hard, but GRACE remained dedicated to meet the needs of our community for food, shelter and medical care,” said Shonda Schaefer, chief executive officer at GRACE. “It is because of our generous partners, like Paycom, that GRACE has been able to offer uninterrupted program access to tens of thousands of families facing crisis.”
In 2021, Paycom has donated to over 175 nonprofit organizations across multiple states. These organizations serve their communities by providing youth programming, environmental education, disabilities programming for adults and children, mental health treatment and feeding programs for individuals and children needing assistance.
