Paycom Joins Technology-Rich Silicon Valley

Paycom, a leading provider of human capital management technology, expanded its national footprint with the opening of its first Silicon Valley office. This marks the fourth location in California and the 25th across the nation for Oklahoma City-based Paycom, which offers innovative HR and payroll technology for U.S.-based businesses.

Mark Oare has been selected to lead the office located at 150 Mathilda Place, Suite 204 in Sunnyvale. Oare started his career with Paycom in 2006 as a sales intern and has held multiple positions within its salesforce. He previously oversaw the Company’s Orange County office. Oare has proven to be a strong leader and will continue to add value to employees and businesses as the Silicon Valley manager.
