Paycom’s Sales Team Raises $63,000 for Imua Family Services

HAWAII (Aug. 31, 2021) – Members of the sales team for Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $63,000 to Imua Family Services. The funds will help Imua continue assisting children and their families overcome developmental learning challenges through play-based instruction designed to help them move forward.

The charity received the donation through the sales team’s annual giving program, President’s Club Gives.

“We are so grateful for this donation, which will help us continue our mission to serve families in Maui, Molokai and Lana’i,” said Dean Wong, executive director of Imua Family Services. “The efforts from the members of Paycom’s President’s Club Gives program should be an example for businesses everywhere.”

Founded in 1947, Imua Family Services is a nonprofit, community-based organization with a mission to empower children and their families to reach their full potential. In addition to services like newborn hearing screenings, early intervention and autism services, Imua has multiple programs designed to help children succeed.

“We are pleased to present this donation to help children and families overcome developmental and learning challenges,” said Holly Faurot, Paycom’s chief sales officer. “Every member of our sales team is so passionate about giving back to these worthy causes and I’m proud to see that continue this year.”

Founded in 2011, the President’s Club Gives program is how Paycom’s top sales representatives support the communities that host the corporation’s annual President’s Club event. Paycom sales representatives earn a spot at President’s Club based on their professional accomplishments from the previous year. President’s Club is an opportunity for Paycom to honor the elite for their successes, while the President’s Club Gives program is a way to share the rewards of that success with those who need it most.

Oklahoma City-based Paycom is known for its philanthropic efforts. Last year, Paycom gave over $300,000 to numerous nonprofits supporting youth programming, environmental education, services for adults and youth with disabilities, mental health treatment, feeding programs and COVID Relief efforts.
