Need help logging in?

  • Where do I log in?

    To log in, simply use the “Login” tab in the top-right corner of any page on the Paycom website. This will direct you to a page where you must enter your username, password and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

    If you are having trouble logging in, please contact your company’s HR/payroll personnel. For security reasons, only they can help you retrieve passwords.

  • I forgot my username/password. Can you retrieve it for me?

    Because of our dedication to ensuring the safety of our clients’ data, only your company’s HR/payroll personnel can retrieve your username/password. This holds true even if you no longer are employed there.

  • I forgot the answers to my security questions. Can you retrieve them for me?

    Because of our dedication to ensuring the safety of our clients’ data, only your company’s HR/payroll personnel can assist with your security question answers. This holds true even if you no longer are employed there.

  • Why does the system lock me out after multiple login attempts?

    Paycom is dedicated to ensuring the safety of our clients’ data, and that commitment extends to the personal data of each employee of those clients. Offering a limited amount of login attempts is just one step we take to adhere to those security standards. If you are having trouble logging in, contact your company’s HR/payroll personnel.

W-2s

  • When are W-2s mailed?

    IRS Form W-2s are mailed by Jan. 31 each year.

    Your W-2 can be accessed through Paycom’s Employee Self-Service®. Once you have logged in, click “My Payroll” and then “Year-End Tax Forms.”

    If you do not have access to Paycom’s Employee Self-Service®, contact your company’s HR/payroll personnel for your form.

    If you are having trouble logging in, contact your company’s HR/payroll personnel. To ensure data stays secure for your protection, only they can help you retrieve tax forms.

  • How can I get my Form W-2 if I no longer work there?

  • How can I get my pay stubs at my current company?

  • How can I get my pay stubs if I no longer work there?
