    To log in, simply use the “Login” tab in the top-left corner of any page on the Paycom.com website. That takes you to a page where you must enter your username, your password and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

    If you are having trouble logging in, contact your company’s HR/payroll personnel. Only they can help you retrieve passwords; for security reasons, Paycom does not store these.

  • I forgot my username. Can you retrieve it for me?

    Because of our dedication to ensuring the safety of our clients’ data, Paycom does not store usernames. Only your company’s HR/payroll personnel can retrieve your username. This holds true even if you no longer are employed there.

  • I forgot my password. Can you reset it for me?

  • Why does the system lock me out after multiple login attempts?

    Paycom is dedicated to ensuring the safety of our clients’ data, and that commitment extends to the personal data of each employee of those clients. Offering only a limited amount of login attempts is just one step we take to adhere to those standards. If you are having trouble logging in, contact your company’s HR/payroll personnel.   • How can I get my Form W-2 at my current company?

    W-2s are mailed by Jan. 31 each year.

    Your IRS Form W-2 can be accessed through Paycom’s Employee Self-Service portal. Once you have logged in, click “My Payroll” and then “Year-End Tax Forms.”

    If you do not have access to Paycom’s Employee Self-Service portal, contact your company’s HR/payroll personnel for this form.

    If you are having trouble logging in, contact your company’s HR/payroll personnel. Only they can help you retrieve forms, as Paycom does not store these, in order to ensure that data stays secure for your protection.
